Kindness is contagious!

Think about it - if you have ever been somewhere and witness to a random act of kindness, didn't it give you a feeling of happiness - the warm fuzzies? Studies have shown that seeing a random act of kindness tends to improve the mood of people nearby, and make those people significantly more likely to 'pay it forward'.

Acts of kindness don't have to be big or even cost any money. We all just might need to be a little more aware of people around us, and we may see many opportunities to share kindness.
